The free plan includes 3 reminders, 2 groups and 3 tracked items. File backup and restore are also free.
Pro adds unlimited entries, follow-up alerts, advanced snooze options, 90-day and 1-year statistics, and Home Screen widgets. Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription; you can cancel it in your App Store account settings.
Your data
No account. No ads. Your reminder data is stored on your device and is not sent to a Vaktinde server. Nothing syncs automatically between devices. System backups and where you save exported files depend on your own settings.
Backup files are not encrypted; save them somewhere you trust. Restoring replaces the data on this phone with the file’s data.
Alarm permissions
Real alarms require iOS 26 or later and alarm permission. Otherwise, standard notifications are used if allowed. On Android, exact timing and full-screen display depend on device permissions.
