Previous-version accounts and data deletion

Vaktinde 2 uses no account and sends no data to any server. There is no Vaktinde account to delete in this version. Your reminders are stored on your phone; deleting the app removes its data from this phone. Backup files saved elsewhere must be deleted separately; your phone’s system backups follow your Apple or Google account settings.

If you signed in to the previous version

The previous version of Vaktinde let you optionally sign in with Apple or Google and use sync. You can ask for the data stored on the server under that account to be deleted at any time.

Email alisahindev@gmail.com with the subject Account deletion request.
Include the sign-in method you used (Apple or Google) and the email address linked to your previous account. Write from that address if possible; if you cannot access it, let us know. Do not send your password, verification code or backup file.
We may contact you to verify that the account belongs to you. We complete the request within a reasonable time and confirm by email.

What gets deleted?

Your account record, email address and name.
Your reminders, schedules, action history, groups, tracked items and preferences stored on the server.

Deletion cannot be undone. Data on your phone is not affected.

Deleting the app or your previous account does not cancel Vaktinde Pro. You can manage your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
